• Please order the correct size. No exchange for size-related issues.

Important Information:

Please be advised that slight variations may occur between the product images and the actual item you receive due to differences in manufacturing processes, materials used, lighting, and screen settings. While we strive for consistency, these variations are a normal part of production and do not affect the overall quality of the product. If you have any questions about the specific appearance of your purchase, please clear your doubts before ordering the product. Additionally, please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted for minor variations.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is valid only in case of the wrong product delivered.
• Parcel opening video (360-degree) is mandatory for exchange.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange requests are accepted within 2 days of delivery of the product, not beyond that.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Applicable for International Orders (Outside India)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
